At Luxury Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the unused fragrance in its original designer packaging and protective cellophane, ensuring it is securely packed in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid boutique shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our olfactory experts verify the condition of the returned bottle, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
